Where we ship
Worldwide, with a few exceptions: if your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there. Orders are sent from Poland.
When it ships
If the object is in stock, it leaves within 48 hours on working days after payment. If the product page says it is being printed in the next run, the page states how long that takes. In every case an order is dispatched within 30 days of purchase.
You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.
Two ways to get it
Standard travels by post. It is slower and cheaper. It is registered and has a tracking number, but once it leaves Poland, how far you can follow it depends on the postal service in your country.
Express travels by courier, door to door, with full tracking and insurance.
Inside Poland and the European Union there is one option and it is free.

To the United States there is Express only: the postal service does not currently carry goods from Poland to the US.
In some countries Standard travels without declared-value cover, because the postal service does not accept it there. These include Canada, the United Kingdom, Israel, Mexico and the Gulf states. If that matters to you, choose Express where it is offered.
Duties and import taxes
Inside the EU there are none.
Outside the EU, duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are not collected at checkout. This is the same for Standard and Express. Your customs authority sets the amount when the parcel arrives. The courier or your postal service collects it from you before the parcel is handed over, usually with a handling fee of its own. These amounts go to your government and to the carrier, not to us, and we cannot refund them.
If you decide not to pay them, the carrier sends the parcel back to us. Write to us and say whether you want it sent again, at the shipping rate for your country, or want to withdraw from the purchase. If you withdraw, the usual return rules apply, including that return shipping is paid by you.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day the object arrives to change your mind, for any reason or none.
Write to hello@loonis.co within those 14 days. You can use the withdrawal form, but a plain email is enough. Then send the object back within 14 days of telling us. The full instruction is on the right of withdrawal page.
Return shipping is paid by you. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
We refund the price of the object and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until the object is back with us, or until you show proof that you sent it. The refund goes back the same way you paid. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one, we refund the standard one.
Please send it back in a condition that lets us resell it. You may unpack it and look at it the way you would in a shop. If it comes back visibly used, we may reduce the refund.
If something is wrong with the object
Write to hello@loonis.co with your order number, the number from the card inside the box, and a photograph. We answer within 14 days.
If the object does not match its description, you can ask for a repair or a replacement, and where that is not possible, for a price reduction or a refund. This right lasts two years from delivery and costs you nothing, return postage included.
Not a fault: fine layer lines, small surface irregularities, and the fact that the colour transition on your object does not repeat the photograph. Every object is printed in one continuous line and no two gradients are the same. This is described on every product page.
